International Wing Chun Day – 2017

Wing Chun affects the lives of millions. Not just as a self-defense system or art. Not only as a way to get exercise and maintain their physical health. For all of them Wing Chun is a part of their lives. Wing Chun is a way to cut through the choppy waters of daily life, nourishment for the soul and mind as well as activity for the body.

Given the millions of people who have received positive benefits from Wing Chun, it is not surprising there is an International Wing Chun Day. Yes, that is a real thing.

The third Saturday of March is International Wing Chun Day. This year that is March 18, 2017. If there is a Wing Chun school near you, visit it. If not, you probably know someone who has trained. Make plans to spend an hour with them on that day. Go to lunch, find a park or garage and try Wing Chun, and learn something new to you.

KDA Wing Chun will be hosting a FREE CLASS on that day. We are still in the planning stage, and may come up with some other activities.

Stay tuned, and mark your calendar.
